"The green caravan is a SMV, 1970-ties, Marianne' parents had the same caravan in the seventies , only taillights were different. They were a time ahead in those days.

DeleteFrom what I can understand the textiles were mostly made in this region of Sweden, mostly for dowries, some handed down 10 generations !! Some in museum collections, some private. Mostly tapestry woven, the tradition here being to weave from the back, on a low warp loom - hence one photo of back with interlocking, (there was even a weaver demonstrating) Note the tapestry of dancers has a graphed cartoon & the religious books with tapestry covers.
