Wallander Country

Yes Folks, we are In Wallander country and expect Kurt to moxie on by any time now and ask a few innocent questions and make a few subtle recommendations. For those of you who are not familiar with the great detectives work, Wallander is a TV Series that can be found in two versions. The original and best version (all in Swedish with subtitles) and has been going since 2005 and, a british production set in Sweden but all in English with English actors (Kenneth Brannagh as Wallander) and not as good as the Swedish version.

Yesterday was a relatively quiet day but a productive one, We drove from Jonkoping to Malmo, where I managed to find someone to cheaply fix my Macbook Wi Fi. As it was a hardware issue and the wi fi is built in to the base of the screen, the cheapest and easiest option for me was have the whole screen (top part of laptop) with a working used one from another laptop. This was all done within a few hours and It was done for a reasonable price. Thanks to Khalil of Akutdataservice in Malmo.

Here are  todays Pics, mixture of Malmo pics and our guest house and surrounds at the very southern part of Sweden. The Baltic coast (beach) is only about 2 km from here. It is a very pretty area and appears to have a lot of horses, used in Dressage etc.

Good luck to Sonja and Dean who have just left the UK heading back to Aust and had a spiffing time. Spiffing is a great word, like irk, and should be used more. Good on you Sonja.

Ross and Jenny, where are you? I sent a text but have not seen a response. Although my German phone run out of credit, I have topped it up, but it make take a few days to get sorted.
