Aberystwyth- Wales

Hi, this is coming to you from Aberystwyth, I am not sure how to pronounce it, but that applies to most of Wales.

Today has been another day of travel, yet slow travel interspersed with scenic stops.

The day went like this, first was a visit to Pembroke Castle, near where we stayed last night, Pembroke castle is most closely associated with Henry 7th. After that we meandered along until stopping at St Davids, a place associated with Pilgrim walks through the ages.

here are the pics

Me having dinner of some chicken from the supermarket, not that good. However as I am writing this, I am having fresh blackberries picked this afternoon from the side of the road, delicious with some yoghurt.

  1. We stayed in Aberystwyth LB and loved it. The restaurant on the end of the pier was memorable for the Maltese with a Welsh accent waiter. And the food and local beer was good too.
