Iquique

Today was another travel day, we left Santiago about 2.30 for a 2 hr flight up to Iquique in Northern Chile. The place looks like the moon. It is desert and high cliffs or mountains vert close to the coast. It reminds me a bit of Iceland, yet not as cold.

In about 30 min we get a bike briefing and then a short ride to settle into bikes.

Tomorrow, we do a big ride of nearly 500 km.
