Today was also a quiet day, bought some sunnies and new reading specs this morning, had a few drinks in various cafes and then got back to the air con of the hotel this afternoon. It was 39c in Hanoi today and humidity was also high, sweltering.
Tonight, in the not much cooler evening I met Greg, Lisa and Chris (old friends) at Kevin and Peta's nice hotel (with K&P) for drinkies and then onto dinner and the back to Greg, Lisa, Chris's Flash Sofitel hotel for more drinkies. We all had a nice time and spent a ridiculous amount of money on food and drinks in the flash part of town. No pics, didn't take my camera but Lisa and Kevin took some pics, maybe these will come my way soon.
K&P head back to Aus tomorrow, but GL&C around for a few more days. everyone leaving on the 5th.
